Rock the Block is a block party designed to showcase the artistic skills and talents of youth who bring a positive message to the community. Rock the Block is coordinated by Brandon House Cultural & Performing Arts Center in partnership with Better Community Development, Inc.; and begins a series of community events targeting youth and families.
Rock the Block will include live entertainment from local artists, youth performances from City of Little Rock funded by the Department of Community Programs, special guest speakers, local vendors, and many family and community focused activities.
We are seeking massive partnerships to engage in this event through the following avenues"
- Assist with marketing Rock the Block to attain maximum support and attendance from residents.
- Donate toward Rock the Block to cover general expenses of the event.
- Participate as a performance group or artist during the production.
- Submit a video clip that expresses compassion and respect for Little Rock.
- Volunteers to assist with various activities for the Rock the Block event.
