Brandon House is committed to supporting creative professionals on their journey to develop and advance their careers within the creative workforce. Brandon House offers business resources, promotional and marketing services, and programs that provide training and learning experiences uniquely designed for artists, musicians, creative professionals that make up the creative economy in Arkansas. The impact report will show that:
- Brandon House served as a practicum site for 4 Clinton Public School graduate students who conducted a study with creative professionals to identify the barriers to economic success for creative professionals. The results help to guide the topics for Business Therapy workshops.
- Brandon House began Business Therapy in August 2021 and has served a total of 18 creative professionals through 3 workshops (Legitimizing Your Business; Record Keeping; Understanding Taxes.
- Between October 1, 2022 to date, Dr. Patrice Bax have been able to book over 30 musicians, hosts, and performers to earn approximately $170,000 through local venues, contracts, and grant funded programs.
